This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. Fonts and everything else on these pages are served from this site.
• Server logs. Like every web server, ours records each request's IP address, the page asked for, the time and your browser's description. Our host, DreamHost, keeps these logs for about a month, and we use them only to keep the site running and secure.
• The trial form sends your email address, and your name if you give it, to our license server at license.osolis.com, which emails you the trial key. We use them to send the key and to answer you if you write back, nothing else.
• Email to us is kept as long as it is useful for supporting you.

Buying

Licenses are sold on the osolis.com store, which takes the payment and keeps the record of the sale. Card details are entered on the store's payment page and handled by its payment providers; they never reach this site, the program or us. The store tells our license server your name, email address and what you bought, so your key can be issued and emailed to you.

The program

What stays on your computer

Your contact lists, messages, campaigns, delivery reports, suppression list and settings. They are stored on your computer only, and sending goes directly from your computer to your own mail accounts. We never receive any of it.

License activation and checks

To activate and, about every 30 days, to check the license, the program sends our license server your license key, its activation ID, the program's version, SHA-256 hashes of three identifiers of your computer (not the identifiers themselves) and, at activation only, the computer's name. The server also records the IP address of the request. We use this only to issue and check licenses, prevent misuse of keys and answer support requests.

The AI features

Only when you use them, the program sends our server the description you typed, the tone you chose, the names of the merge tags offered and, when rewriting, the message itself. Our server passes this to a third-party AI provider to produce the result. Your contact lists are never sent. The result is kept on our server for up to 48 hours, so a retried request is not charged twice, then deleted. Our records of AI use hold the license, the operation, the credits used and its size, not the content.

The one-click unsubscribe service

If you switch on one-click unsubscribe, each message you send carries a link to our service at listprefs.com. The service stores a random code per message, an identifier for your copy of the program and the time of each request; it never receives an email address. Only your computer can tell whose code it is. Like any web server, it also records the IP address of each request in its access logs.

Your recipients

When you send a campaign, you decide who receives it and you are responsible for that list under the laws that apply to you. We are not involved in your sending and hold no information about your recipients.

Sharing, keeping and your rights

We do not sell information or share it for advertising. It is shared only with the services named on this page, to do what is described. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it, by emailing support@marketingemailer.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
