A send that lands in spam is a send you paid for twice.
Receiving mail servers judge every message on who sent it, how, and how often. Marketing Emailer Professional looks after the parts you control, and tells you plainly when something is wrong before a single message goes out.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, checked before every campaign.
These three DNS records tell receiving servers that your mail really comes from you. Without them, much of it lands in spam or is refused, and since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo require them of anyone who sends in bulk.
Marketing Emailer looks up all three for the accounts your campaign sends through, says which are in order, and gives you the exact record to publish for what is missing.
| Record | What it proves |
|---|---|
| SPF | Which servers may send mail for your domain. |
| DKIM | That a message really came from your domain and was not changed on the way. |
| DMARC | What receivers should do with mail that fails the other two. |
Exact records are given for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, DreamHost, Amazon SES and SendGrid, and the general form for anyone else.
It will not send mail that is certain to be refused.
If your domain's DMARC policy says to reject failing mail, and your mail would pass neither SPF nor DKIM, every message would bounce and your domain's reputation would take the damage. Marketing Emailer stops that campaign, by hand or on schedule, and says what to fix.
Before you send Sending domain: example.com SPF ok · DKIM ok · DMARC none
This is the line the Send Campaign confirmation shows, beside how many people the campaign goes to and how many are left out.
Send a test, and read the verdict.
One click sends a test message to your own bounce mailbox and reads back how the receiving server actually judged it: whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed, from the server's own report. No guessing from DNS alone.
- A test send to yourselfFor any campaign, filled in with a real contact's details, to see how it looks and whether it reached the inbox.
- Start DMARC safelyThe check suggests
v=DMARC1; p=none, which changes nothing for your mail and lets you tighten it later.
Build a good name slowly. Keep it.
Receiving servers judge a new sender by its first messages. Sending too much too soon is the quickest way to get an account blocked.
- Warm-upFor a new account or domain: a first day's volume and a daily increase, up to your full limit. The plan is shown day by day.
- Limits per accountA gap between messages, an hourly cap and a daily cap, held across every campaign and across restarts.
- Halts when something is wrongIf 25 messages in a row fail, which usually means an account is blocked or over its limit, the campaign stops and says why instead of burning through your list.
Dead addresses take themselves off your list.
Mailing addresses that no longer exist is one of the clearest signals of a careless sender. Marketing Emailer reads your bounce mailbox every 15 minutes, even with the program closed.
- Only real bounces countAn address that does not exist goes on the suppression list. A full mailbox, a delay or a temporary block does not.
- Nothing is deleted from your mailboxBounce reports are read once and left where they are.
- Refused during the sendAn address the receiving server rejects outright goes on the suppression list straight away.
One-click unsubscribe, as Gmail and Yahoo require.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link in its footer and in its headers, which Gmail, Yahoo and other mail programs show as an Unsubscribe button beside your name. Making it easy to leave is what keeps people from pressing "Report spam" instead.
- Works without your PC being onClicks go to our small unsubscribe service at listprefs.com, included with your license, and your copy collects them every 15 minutes.
- The service never sees an addressEach message carries a random code. Only your computer knows whose it is.
- Straight onto the suppression listSo no campaign mails that person again, and the delivery report shows them as Unsubscribed.
- The law, coveredCAN-SPAM in the US, and GDPR and PECR in Europe and the UK, expect unsubscribes to be honoured promptly. Your postal address goes in every footer, as CAN-SPAM requires.
No software can promise the inbox.
Inbox placement depends most on whom you mail and what you send them: people who asked to hear from you, mail they want to read. What Marketing Emailer does is make sure the technical side is right, that you never mail people who left, and that you find out about a problem before your list does.
